It was clear and invisible and easy to see through. It then was dark and hard to see. It made me think of the way people change in life and how they get out of bad times. It was a cool experience to see clear water go from invisible to dark water in different colors.Monday, March 17, 2008
The Aesthetic Experience

In these exercises we learned how to create shadows and reflections to help us create more realistic Artwork. A new tool we learned was layer masks. The things we learned here can help me in the future by letting me be able to know how to use it professionaly, and I wont struggle to try and use it because I already know how.

Balance with Frames

In this project we were goven a frame. We had to use it in our composition. We also had to be in our photo, but not in the center.
It was to be in black and white, and we needed to create a sense of visual balance.
I created balance in the second photo by using the shadow i created and by using the window behind me.
Random Object

We were each assigned a random object to photograph. We could choose to have it in color or black & white. We were to focus on "The Three C's".
According to my peers, one thing I did well was the good use of leading lines.
And one thing they suggested I work on was I could have done more with the picture.
I agree with what they said because i could have done more with it and i did use leading lines very well.

My Favorite Project From Last Semester
The Title of this photo is called Paint. We had to turn it black and white and had to choose spots to keep the original color. This is my favorite project because it has to do with basketball and my shoes look cool! I could have croped the photo more on the left side of the photo. Other than that i think i did very well.
